Make offerings more visible to those searching for gluten free dining, & empower staff with the knowledge and skills to confidently cater to gluten free patrons.
For gluten free and intolerant students, I will guide you to attain a 504 disability accommodation. Including general education of Section 504 of the American Disabilities Act (ADA). I will assist with meeting preparation to develop strategies for successful communication and identifying reasonable adaptations.
I will help you set reasonable goals and develop a plan for reaching them. Look at all the factors that may be affecting your health-related behaviors, while helping figure out what might keep you from attaining those goals. With regular check-ins, our conversations will get you thinking about how to overcome challenges.
